We are seeking a proactive and technology-driven IT Software Specialist to help evaluate, implement, and optimize the software platforms that support our wealth management firm. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching emerging financial technologies, analyzing business processes, and identifying solutions that improve operational efficiency and the advisor and client experience.

Working closely with leadership, advisors, and operations, you will evaluate new software, recommend technology solutions, lead implementation projects, optimize existing systems, and help ensure our technology ecosystem continues to evolve with the firm's growth.

Job Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and recommend financial and wealth management technology platforms, AI tools,



and business software that improve advisor productivity and operational efficiency.
- Lead or assist with the implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and rollout of recent technology solutions across the firm.
- Administer and optimize the firm's technology platforms, including CRM, portfolio management, financial planning, document management, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Analyze existing workflows and business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend technology-driven improvements and automation opportunities.
- Serve as the primary technology resource for advisors and staff by providing training, documentation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with software vendors to resolve issues, evaluate product enhancements, and ensure successful implementation of current features.
