About the Role

Bizaccenknnect is looking for an enthusiastic and confident HR Recruitment Intern who is passionate about talent acquisition and recruitment. If you have excellent English communication skills and a keen interest in hiring, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting jobs on various platforms.
- Ensure a skilled and positive candidate experience.

Requirements




- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment and hiring process.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.

Preferred
- Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
