Role Description
The AutoCAD Drafter role at Geobrugg is a full time, hybrid position based in North India (candidates are expected to be based around Delhi NCR/Chandigarh/Uttarakhand etc Northern States). The Autocad Drafter will be expected to:
- prepare detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software, supporting the design and implementation of protection systems for various international projects.
- Create and revise shop drawings, architectural drawings, and layout plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance with standards, and alignment with project specifications.
- Collaborate with Swiss HO engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify design details, and incorporate feedback into drawings.
- assist with documentation, maintain drawing records, and help optimize design workflows and templates for efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Drawing and Drawing, with proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD)



and an ability to interpret engineering and design specifications.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing Shop Drawings and construction-ready detailing, including dimensions, materials, and installation instructions.
- Candidates should possess experience in Rockfall Protection drawings, documentation, such as plans, sections, elevations, and layout coordination of hill slopes and coastal engineering situations
- Relevant qualifications include a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, or Drafting or a related technical field, along with experience in slope stabilization / rockfall protection projects.
- Additional beneficial skills include attention to detail, strong spatial visualization, familiarity with industry standards and codes, basic structural understanding, and effective communication and collaboration abilities.
