As a Solution Specialist, you will support pre-sales activities in the IP and Optical Network Services domain by developing customer-focused solutions, proposals, and service offers. You will prepare key deliverables including Solution Descriptions, Statements of Work (SoW), service costings, CCRs, and compliance documents. Working closely with global sales teams and customers, you will contribute to successful bid and tender responses and help drive business growth.
- Develop and support service solutions, proposals, and proactive business offerings aligned with customer and organizational requirements.
- Prepare and maintain solution documentation, including Statements of Work (SoW), compliance documentation, change requests, and service cost estimates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to gather requirements and support solution development activities.
- Create, standardize, and maintain business documents, templates, and process-related materials to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Utilize knowledge of IP networking technologies and related services to contribute to solution design and service delivery initiatives.
- Apply analytical thinking and creativity to address challenges, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver effective solutions within demanding timelines.
Must-Have Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years of experience on IP technologies and related services
- Experience in deployment, care, and skilled services costing.
- Experience in pre-sales, bid management, tendering, and proposal development activities.
Demonstrated accountability, initiative, adaptability, and the ability to deliver high-quality results while collaborating effectively in a global team environment.
