Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
- Drive lead generation strategy through digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media)
- Work closely with marketing agencies to optimize campaign performance, targeting, and creatives
- Monitor and improve lead volumes, cost per lead (CPL), and ROI
- Ensure timely action on budget utilization and campaign scaling decisions
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, events, and outreach programs





Lead Management & Nurturing
- Design and manage structured lead nurturing workflows (calls, WhatsApp, email follow-ups)
- Ensure all leads are tracked and managed through CRM systems
- Define and monitor lead stages (hot/warm/cold) and engagement strategies
- Improve response time and follow-up quality to maximize conversions

Admissions & Conversion Management
- Own the end-to-end admission funnel from enquiry to enrolment
- Drive higher conversion ratios through effective counseling and engagement
- Handle critical parent interactions and high-value conversions
- Standardize campus tours, open houses, and admission processes

Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership
- Set and achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
- Forecast admissions and revenue pipelines
- Analyze performance data and identify conversion gaps and growth opportunities
- Develop strategies to improve walk-ins, referra
