About the Role
Dras Ice is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive - Mumbai to expand
our presence in the Mumbai market. Dras Ice is a leading manufacturer and supplier of
packaged ice, packaged drinking water, and other FMCG products, serving customers
across retail, hospitality, food service, events, and quick commerce channels. We specialize
in delivering high-quality, hygienically produced products through a reliable manufacturing
and distribution network, ensuring timely supply and consistent product standards. With a
solid focus on innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction, we continue
to expand our presence across General Trade, Modern Trade, and Quick Commerce while
building trusted consumer brands and long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and acquire new customers across Mumbai.




Generate leads through market visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Develop new business opportunities in retail, modern trade, distributors, wholesalers,
HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafs), catering companies, cloud kitchens, bars,
lounges, event companies, and corporate clients.
Expand the company's customer base and increase market penetration.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales forecasts and business development plans.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements.
Increase repeat business through excellent customer service.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements.
Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
