Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End QA Ownership: Design, execute, and maintain QA test plans, test strategies, and manual/automated test cases across web and mobile platforms.
- Automation & API Testing: Build and maintain scalable automation scripts using Selenium / Playwright and conduct robust API testing via Postman.
- Defect Lifecycle Management: Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs using JIRA, working closely with developers to ensure quick resolution.
- Performance & System Validation: Conduct functional, regression, integration, and load/performance testing using JMeter.
- Process & Agile Leadership: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contribute to CI/CD testing integration, and guide junior QA team members.

Mandatory Technical Skills




- Automation Tools: Solid commercial hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.
- API Testing: Proficient in API validation using Postman (REST/JSON).
- Performance Testing: Working knowledge of JMeter or similar load testing tools.
- Defect Management: Expertise in JIRA for bug tracking and reporting.
- Testing Methodologies: Deep understanding of STLC, manual testing, regression cycles, and web/mobile application architectures.
- DevOps Exposure: Basic familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile processes.
