We're looking for a techno-functional professional who can bridge business and technology. This is not a pure Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable gathering business requirements, performing data analysis, writing code when needed, and driving solutions from requirements through implementation.

Experience

48 years of relevant experience in Technical Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a similar techno-functional role.

Must Have
- Robust experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Excellent hands-on experience with SQL for querying, analysis, and data validation.
- Hands-on programming experience using Python, Java, Spark, or similar technologies.
- Experience working with relational databases, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.




- Experience supporting the complete solution lifecycle—from requirements through implementation and testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strongly Preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data integration.
- Experience working with APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and engineering teams.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar modern data platforms.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
- Exposure to data quality, governance, or master data management.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, marketing analytics, or enterprise data projects.
