Summary
Natus Sensory is seeking a senior
AI Architect
to design and deploy a secure, scalable enterprise AI ecosystem that improves operational efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making across the organization.

This role will focus on
building and deploying agentic AI solutions and copilots
that integrate with core enterprise systems (Salesforce Revenue Cloud, ERP, finance, and M365). The ideal candidate has
hands-on experience delivering AI agents in production
, particularly using




Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and modern AI orchestration frameworks
.

This is a high-impact role responsible for reducing manual work, preventing operational errors, and enabling AI-driven automation across business functions in a governed, compliant setting.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Enterprise AI Architecture (20%)
- Design and implement a Microsoft-aligned enterprise AI architecture (Azure OpenAI, Fabric, Power Platform)
- Define scalable, reusable AI patterns across business functions
- Establish reference architectures for enterprise AI adoption

Agentic AI & Copilot Development (45%)
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio and comparable frameworks
- Develop enterprise copilots integrated with Salesforce, ERP, and M365
