For an international organization, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Senior ServiceNow Developer – SPM & Agile.

We are looking for a contractor, who is able to work full time in CET working hours. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable solutions in ServiceNow SPM, Agile Development and CWM modules;
- Configure Demand Management, Project Management, Strategic Planning;
- Implement and customize CWM workspaces, task management workflows, collaboration features, and work execution processes;
- Configure EAP features including Agile team structures, planning hierarchy, backlog management, and enterprise planning capabilities;
- Build integrations, workflows, UI policies, business rules, Flow Designer automations, and custom applications as required;
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and product owners to gather and refine requirements;
- Drive solution discussions and recommend best practices aligned with ServiceNow platform standards;
- Support end-to-end SDLC activities including development,



unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare support;
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide sustainable fixes;
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, and knowledge transfer materials;
- Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, governance, and adherence to ServiceNow development best practices;

Profile:
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- 6+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform;
- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SPM, Agile Development, and CWM modules;
- Solid experience in ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer;
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, and data migration activities;
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, portfolio management processes, and enterprise delivery models;
