About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Quality Analyst (QA) – Manual Testing to join our technology team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, usability, and reliability of our Shopify website and React Native mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual testing, robust analytical skills, and the ability to identify, document, and track issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Test Planning & Documentation
- Understand and analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
- Prepare detailed Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data.
- Estimate testing efforts and timelines.
- Maintain QA documentation, test reports, and testing records.
2. Functional Testing
- Perform end-to-end functional testing of the Shopify website.
- Test React Native applications on both Android and iOS platforms.
- Validate complete user journeys across the customer funnel.
- Verify business rules, workflows, validations, and expected functionality.
- Identify functional gaps and inconsistencies.
3. Regression Testing
- Execute regression testing before every production release.
- Validate bug fixes and ensure that existing functionality is not impacted.
- Maintain and execute regression test suites.
4. Integration Testing
- Validate integrations with third-party systems and services, including:
- Payment Gateways
- Shipping Partners
- Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Tracking Tools
- Verify data flow and integration behavior across systems.
5. Mobile Application Testing
- Test Android and iOS application
