- Strong pre-sales skills, including lead qualification, proposal development, and client presentation abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and convey complex logistics solutions clearly.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of freight brokerage, transportation, and logistics operations, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Good analytical and research skills to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet defined targets and timelines.
- Good experience in Cold calling is must
