The Opportunity
In this role you will :
- Actively partner with clients, responding to their requests accurately and on time and s hould be able to take the responsibility of multiple packages in the projects.
- Create estimates and cost plans for CSA/MEP Packages for key client developments.
- Support team with estimation and reviewing the overall CSA/MEP scope of work .
- Proficient in Client interactions and focussing on Client relationship building ; a ttend the project kick-off calls.
- Express high proficiency in CSA/MEP packages and moderate knowledge of CSA/MEP works .
- Express basic knowledge of Procurement of global p rojects .
- Participate in drafting proposals to Clients.
- Contribute to developing valuable client relationships that support s the b usiness.
- Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value .
- Set up and administer procurement and RFP folders, ensuring accurate document management and version control.
- Manage and administer design team and contractor RFIs, including tracking, coordination, and timely follow-up.
- Review tender submissions and perform detailed side-by-side analyses of costs and scope against the project budget and comparable existing campus projects.
- Prepare concise summary reports of the tender analysis, highlighting key findings, commercial variances, risks, and recommendations for presentation to the project lead.
