We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) with experience in IT Sales and Digital Marketing Services. The ideal candidate should be passionate about identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, networking, and other outbound channels.
* Identify and approach potential clients for IT Services and Digital Marketing solutions.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
* Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
* Negotiate pricing and close business deals.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
* Stay updated on the latest IT and Digital Marketing trends.
Required Skills
* 1–4 years of experience in IT Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, Software Sales, or B2B Sales.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
