We are looking for a seasoned delivery leader to own end-to-end delivery for our Retail & Consumer portfolio out of Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery P&L; for the retail portfolio: revenue assurance, margin, utilization, and forecast accuracy across multiple accounts and engagement models .
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large digital transformation programs — e-commerce re-platforming, omnichannel, order management, supply chain, loyalty, and retail data/AI — with predictable quality and timelines.
- Act as executive delivery sponsor for strategic clients: govern steering committees, manage escalations, and build CXO-level trust that drives renewals and account growth.
- Partner with sales and solutioning on large deals: estimation, delivery due diligence, transition planning, and shaping win themes for retail pursuits.
- Grow the account portfolio through delivery-led mining: identify white space, shape proactive proposals, and convert delivery credibility into new bookings.
- Build and scale the delivery organization:



hire and develop delivery directors/managers and architects, drive succession planning, and keep attrition below target.
- Institutionalize delivery excellence: agile-at-scale, DevSecOps, AI-assisted engineering productivity, metrics-driven governance, and delivery risk management.
- Champion domain depth: build retail-specific capabilities, accelerators and points of view (composable commerce, unified commerce, retail media, GenAI in retail).

Must-Have Qualifications
- Deep retail/e-commerce domain experience: delivered programs for global retailers, e-commerce players, or CPG majors.
- Hands-on familiarity with the up-to-date retail tech stack: commerce platforms (e.g., commercetools, SFCC, Adobe Commerce), OMS, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), data platforms and GenAI applications.
- Proven P&L; or delivery-margin ownership with a track record of improving profitability and CSAT simultaneously.
- Experience with global delivery models — onshore/offsh
