What you need:
Role Summary
Continuous Improvement Expert to support the Global Continuous Improvement (GCI) organization.
This role will review and assess 8D problem-solving reports, support continuous improvement initiatives, perform data analysis, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
The position may also support Lean, Six Sigma, and AI-enabled improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess 8D problem-solving reports using established standards.
- Evaluate root cause analysis, corrective actions, and effectiveness.
- Provide transparent and actionable feedback to teams.
- Support grading consistency and governance activities.
- Analyze data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement projects.
- Develop dashboards, metrics, and reports.
- Follow all safety and IP guidelines.
*Experience*
- *4–6 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, or Continuous Improvement.*
- *Experience applying structured 8D problem-solving methodologies. DMAIC and Lean experience is a plus.*
- *Experience with data analysis and reporting.*
*Education*
- *Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality-related discipline*
- *Master’s Degree preferred*
