In this role, you will work closely with our customers to learning solutions that will drive adoption and usage of emerging technology. You will assist customers to understand their Pain points / Challenges, develop detailed Learning Solutions proposals and manage the flawless execution of training plans. Responsibilities:
- Business Development is responsible for growing sales of Learning Solutions and content development.
- Drive sales in accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Demonstrate ability to develop strong consultative client relationships with Learning Heads, BU Heads, and IT Director / CIO levels.
- Own and Drive Booking, Revenue and Margins for PAN India and International Market
- Create & Manage Database of prospects and leads, establish connections
- Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
- Run the Sales campaigns in all T1 and T2 Cities
- Develop and execute according to a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net recent business in untapped customers and geography.
