Indulgeo Essentials is a premium clinical skincare and haircare brand built at the intersection of clinical actives and Ayurvedic tradition, formulated for Indian skin. We sell across our own Shopify storefront and every major marketplace and quick commerce platform —
Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart
. For us, the listing IS the salesperson, and we're looking for someone who treats it that way.

The Role

This is not a data-entry or upload job. We're looking for a
catalogue specialist who thinks like a growth person
— someone who understands that the right keyword in the right place, the right image sequence, and the right A+ module can move revenue without spending a single extra rupee on ads.





You will own catalogue excellence across all platforms: research, optimization, compliance, and conversion. Your success metric is not "listings live" — it's
organic rank, conversion rate, and revenue per listing

Key ResponsibilitiesKeyword & Market Research (Core Skill)
- Run deep keyword research for every SKU across platforms — search volume, relevancy, competition, and intent — using tools like Helium 10, Amazon Brand Analytics, and platform search data
- Understand how each platform's search algorithm works (Amazon A10/A11, Nykaa search, Myntra, Flipkart) and structure titles, bullets, and backend keywords accordingly
- Continuously harvest current keywords from search term reports, competitor listings, customer reviews, and Q&As; — and feed winners back into listings
- Study competitor listings in the beauty category: what they rank for, how they structure content, where their gaps are — and exploit those gaps
- Track seasonal and trend-dr
