Kosnex OPC Private Limited is looking for a Founding Growth & Operations Head to work directly with the Founder in building one of the company flagship initiatives from the ground up. This is a founding opportunity to help build systems, communities and organization.

Your Mission
Build an ecosystem that enables Valuable Deed to grow sustainably by creating strong college communities, strategic partnerships, active user communities and scalable operational systems.
Community & Campus Development
- Meet colleges, principals and student bodies.
- Conduct workshops.
- Recruit Campus Leaders.
- Develop repeatable college launch models.
- Maintain active college communities.
Partnership Development
- Develop NGO partnerships.
- Build business and CSR partnerships.
- Strengthen institutional relationships.
Community Reinforcement
- Recognition programs.
- Community engagement.
- Offline meetups.
- Certificates and appreciation.
Growth & Digital Coordination
- Coordinate social media.
- Support community storytelling.
- User onboarding campaigns.
Operations & Team Building
- Lead interns and volunteers.
- Track execution.
- Solve operational bottlenecks.
- Build systems.
