Your work profile
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
Ensure alignment of developed solutions with business logic and requirements
Design and implement complex integrations with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, APIs, plugins)
Handle end-to-end integration lifecycle including troubleshooting and optimization
Design and develop ServiceNow portals with custom widgets and enhancements
Collaborate with teams to deliver user-friendly and scalable portal solutions
Work across modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform standards
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Understand workflows across environments and support iterative delivery
Maintain technical documentation for all developments
Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with standards
Work closely with developers, admins, and business stakeholders
Act as a self-reliable contributor with minimal supervision
Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and integration technologies
Recommend and implement improvements for platform efficiency

Key skills required
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Solid expertise in ServiceNow
