Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist clients with policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, and claim support.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for timely resolution of customer requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules.
- Ensure prompt and professional communication at every stage of the customer journey.
- Support the sales team by delivering excellent post-sales service.
- Generate referrals through outstanding customer service.

- Graduates with 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Insurance, Banking, Finance, or related fields

Skills Required

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
