Looking for a hands-on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Engineer (FSC) with 5 7 years of experience who brings solid core engineering fundamentals, production-grade Apex skills, and a quality-first mindset. Candidate MUST be based out of Bangalore location. The role requires deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, bulkification, concurrency handling, and test rigor, along with the ability to reason through real-world design and integration scenarios.

The ideal candidate is not a configuration-only developer. They must be comfortable writing, reviewing, and improving Apex code, identifying anti-patterns, and explaining design trade-offs. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using safe, asynchronous patterns is essential.

A conceptual understanding of AI/LLM usage within enterprise platforms (such as Salesforce Einstein / Agentforce) is expected; however, the role does not require building AI models or NLP infrastructure.

This role is suited for engineers who value correctness, scalability, and maintainability and can clearly articulate their technical decisions.





Core Salesforce Engineering:
- Design and develop bulk-safe Apex using Sets, Maps, and collections
- Apply Salesforce governor limit-aware coding practices in all solutions
- Build and maintain Financial Services Cloud functionality
- Implement clean separation of concerns (domain, service, async layers)

Code Quality Reviews:
- Review Apex and test code to identify:
- SOQL/DML in loops
- Concurrency issues and race conditions
- Null-safety and exception-handling gaps
- Refactor legacy or sub-optimal code to production standards
- Ensure code is maintainable, readable, and extensible

Testing Quality Engineering:
- Write comprehensive Apex test classes covering:
- Positive, negative, and bulk scenarios
- Edge cases and failure conditions
- Define and apply testing metrics, including assertion quality and regression coverage
