Principle Role

The Manager Projects is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of technology infrastructure projectsparticularly in CCTV, security systems, and integrated control environments (NOC, SOC, ICCC). This role combines strategic leadership with operational execution, ensuring projects meet technical, quality, and timeline benchmarks. The Manager acts as a central point of coordination across cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement, accountability, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements

Project scoping, requirement analysis, strategic planning





Manage overall project execution within cost, quality, and time parameters

Project management expertise, cost control, time management

Lead and motivate project teams, allocating resources effectively

Leadership, team management, resource planning

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies

Drive quality assurance and ensure solutions meet required standards
