Role Purpose

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Recruiter to support the Talent Acquisition function through recruitment delivery, recruitment MIS, management reporting, and leadership hiring coordination. The role requires a qualified with excellent communication and presentation skills who can manage recruitment data, prepare high-quality reports and presentations for senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and building talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.

Leadership Hiring Support
- Support leadership hiring activities through market mapping, candidate research, interview coordination, candidate summaries,



and stakeholder communication while maintaining confidentiality.

MIS, Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers, dashboards, and reports by tracking key hiring metrics, ensuring timely ATS/HRMS updates, and providing recruitment insights to support planning and decision-making.

Management Presentations
- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for Management, HR Leadership, and Business Reviews covering recruitment performance, hiring trends, sourcing effectiveness, recruitment analytics, key achievements, annual hiring plans, manpower reviews, and leadership hiring updates.

Process & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to ensure timely hiring, maintain recruitment records, follow defined processes, and support continuous improvement in recruitment reporting and processes.
