Job Description:

Leading a team of 4th line Engineering Applications specialists responsible for application delivery, engineering, and lifecycle management.

Responsible for design, build, configuration,



and optimization of Engineering Applications platforms

Act as the technical authority for complex issues, major incidents, and application enhancements

Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across Engineering Applications estate

Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Engineering Applications Knowledge: An understanding of Engineering Applications such as AutoCAD Autodesk, Bentley, and ProjectWise, including their architecture, modules, and functionalities.
- Functional Expertise: Business Processes: Knowledge of business processes in an engineering design environment to align solutions with organizational needs.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Vendor Coordination: Engage with vendors (Autodesk, Bentley, etc.) for advanced support, roadmap alignment, and technical improvements.
