Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads through Upwork, Guru, PeoplePerHour (PPH), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Bid on projects and prepare customized proposals.
- Handle client communication via calls, chat, and email.
- Understand client requirements and schedule meetings with the technical team.
- Build robust client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve business development targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Upwork, Guru, PPH, and LinkedIn.
- Experience in client handling and online bidding is preferred.
- Basic understanding of IT services.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
