- Monitor and operate the IBMS/BMS workstation on a daily basis.
- Monitor HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation, and temperature controls.
- Monitor electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, energy meters, and lighting controls.
- Monitor Fire Alarm System (FAS), PA System, Access Control, CCTV, and other ELV systems.
- Attend and rectify system alarms and fault notifications promptly.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine health checks of IBMS equipment.
- Troubleshoot DDC controllers, sensors, actuators, field devices, and communication networks.
- Maintain daily operation logs, alarm history, maintenance records, and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and OEM service engineers during maintenance activities.
- Ensure all systems comply with safety and operational standards.
- Support energy-saving initiatives by monitoring equipment performance and utility consumption.
