Role Overview

You will own the design, development, and maintenance of key platform features across the entire technology stack. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable building intuitive user interfaces, designing scalable backend services, and architecting efficient database solutions.

You will work directly with the Founder and have significant influence over the platform’s technical direction.





Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Develop secure REST APIs and backend services using Node.js and NestJS (or Express).
- Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
- Integrate third-party services such as Stripe, authentication providers, email platforms, AI services, and messaging APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Review application performance and implement improvements for speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in architectural discussions and recommend technical improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality features.
