We are looking for an experienced
US IT Recruiter
with
4+ years of hands-on US staffing experience
to join our growing team in
Hyderabad
on a
hybrid work model
.

What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of end-to-end US IT recruitment experience.
- Strong experience hiring for
Engineering, BFSI, Semiconductor, IT, Technical, and Functional roles
.
- Proven expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, JobDiva, Monster, and other job portals.
- Solid understanding of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, EAD, TN, etc.) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Experience working with direct clients, MSP/VMS, or implementation partners.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver quality submissions in a fast-paced environment.
