Role Purpose:
Responsible for managing shift operations, ensuring excellent guest experience, and leading the team as per brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operations and guest concerns during the shift
- Lead, train, and coach team members
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Ensure proper staffing and smooth shift execution
- Drive sales through upselling and team performance
Eligibility:
- Graduation is mandatory Or 12th pass plus pursuing any degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in QSR / Retail (Store Incharge role)
- Positive communication, team handling, and problem-solving skills
