The Executive Director, in collaboration with key stakeholders, is responsible for providing strategic oversight, and operational management of AI based product and test development for Infrastructure & Geospatial (previously called Geosystems) Business Area from Hexagon R&D; India, in Hyderabad. The Executive Director plays a pivotal role in shaping the site strategy, fostering innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of software products that align with organizational goals and market demands. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and inspirational leadership.

Reporting to: Vice President, Products & Services
Experience: 18 years +

ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for AI based Product Development and Delivery for Hexagon I&G; Product line (dealing with Reality Capture, Scanning & Mapping, Building & Construction, Surveying, Heavy construction & Machine Control).
- Define the strategy for I&G; Product development teams @ R&D; India in close collaboration with Global stakeholders and grow the team in numbers and responsibility.
- Regular interaction with global stakeholders to effectively manage their expectations with a quick and focused resolution mindset.
- Define and execute the long-term AI product vision and roadmap along with global stakeholders.
- Responsible for Project Performance, Monitoring and Reporting of Projects, including the teams’ achievements and projects’ highs and lows.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery matching the global development and quality standards.
- Contribute to R&D; India level projects and initiatives, as part of the leadership team.
- Build a diverse, equal chance and inclusive team and culture within the organization.
- Track the Billing hours and submit provisional and actual billing in accordance with R&D; India Finance.
