Scrapio Auto is a MoRTH-registered, RVSF-certified vehicle scrapping facility in Jaipur, operating under India's Vehicle Scrappage Policy. We help vehicle owners responsibly retire their end-of-life vehicles handling valuation, documentation, pickup, and government-certified scrapping end to end. We're building a qualified, compliant, tech-enabled operation, and we're growing our procurement team.

What you'll do:
- Procure vehicles from owners, dealers, workshops, etc., visiting them in person to physically inspect the vehicle — body condition, engine, odometer, chassis/engine number matching, and overall roadworthiness
- Verify vehicle documents on-site: RC, insurance, ownership, loan/hypothecation status, and pending challans
- Assess and finalize a fair purchase price on the spot, based on scrap value and COD benefit, within approved pricing guidelines
- Negotiate confidently and close the deal face-to-face
- Collect and verify documentation required for transfer and scrapping, and coordinate signatures/paperwork with the seller




- Coordinate the vehicle pickup/tow with the field and logistics team once the deal is confirmed
- Handle on-ground objections around price, documents, and payment terms
- Update visit outcomes, vehicle condition notes, and deal status accurately in CRM / Sheets / internal software
- Follow up on pending cases (missing documents, seller unavailability, financing/loan closure) until the vehicle is procured or the lead is closed
- Coordinate smoothly between the seller, calling/CRM team, documentation team, and pickup team

What we're looking for:
- Hands-on experience physically evaluating used vehicles — condition assessment, odometer/engine checks, and spotting document red flags
- Strong in-person negotiation and closing ability — comfortable agreeing a price face-to-face, not just over the phone
- Working knowledge of vehicle documents (RC, insurance, ownership, hypothecation) and how to verify them on the spot
