⚠️ Mandatory: Experience selling Enterprise ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, IFS, Ramco, Sage, Acumatica, etc.) to Manufacturing, Retail, or eCommerce customers

ETP is looking for an accomplished business leader to head its Customer Sales Success & Growth function for India market

We are specifically seeking leaders with a strong background in Enterprise ERP and business application sales, who have a proven track record of managing large enterprise customer portfolios, driving revenue growth through strategic account development, and building trusted relationships with CXO stakeholders.



The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience across Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting within technology-led organizations, with exposure to industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, or eCommerce.

What We're Looking For
✔ 18+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Accounts, Consulting, Enterprise Sales, or Business Leadership

✔ Strong background in SAP / SAP Partner organizations, ERP sales

✔ Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts and customer portfolios

✔ Expertise in renewals, customer retention, upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion

✔ Solid CXO engagement and stakeholder management skills

✔ Experience leading and scaling high-performing customer-facing teams
