- Lab technicians and phlebotomists
- Centre managers and operations teams
- Sales, marketing, finance, and corporate functions
- Build talent pipelines for critical healthcare and technical positions.
- Strengthen recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Establish and maintain HR policies, employee records, HR MIS, and documentation.
- Coordinate payroll and ensure accurate employee data management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Standardize HR practices across different centres and locations.
4. Performance & Talent Management
- Implement structured goal-setting and performance management systems.
- Drive performance reviews and employee development plans.
- Identify high-potential employees and support career growth initiatives.
- Assist in building succession plans for critical roles.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Build a robust employee-centric culture across the organization.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, communication, and well-being initiatives.
