Cash Applications & Reconciliation: Matching incoming wire transfers, letters of credit, and checks against specific sales orders and reconciling general ledger accounts. Dispute Resolution: Investigating and correcting discrepancies related to freight damages, short shipments, or returned goods. Collections Management: Actively following up on large outstanding balances and escalating collection efforts for severely overdue accounts.Reporting:
Generating AR aging reports and cash flow forecasts to support month-end closes and overall corporate liquidity
