Role Description
The Senior Software Engineer role at PYAAS is a full-time hybrid position based in Saket, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems that support supply chain transparency, product traceability,



and customer-facing platforms. The Senior Software Engineer will write clean, scalable code, review code from other team members, and collaborate with product, operations, and data teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building APIs and services, optimizing performance and reliability, ensuring security and data integrity, and integrating with third-party tools and internal systems. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers, contributing to architectural decisions, and supporting continuous improvement of engineering practices and workflows.
