We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual testing across web and mobile applications, with hands-on experience in functional and regression testing. The candidate should also be proficient in defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA and Zephyr.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications.
- Design, execute, and maintain functional and regression test cases.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using JIRA and Zephyr.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Participate in test planning, test execution, defect reporting, and regression cycles.
- Ensure test coverage and maintain test documentation.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Manual Testing.




- Strong experience in Website Testing and Mobile Application Testing.
- Hands-on experience in Functional Testing and Regression Testing.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Zephyr for defect tracking and test case management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be based in Pune or willing to work in a hybrid mode.

Good to Have
- Knowledge of Accessibility Testing (WCAG).
- Exposure to AI Agents or AI-powered testing tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
