Experience:
3 to 4 Years experience in Wireless Telecommunications or Networking background having hands on experience in LTE/5G NR Layer-2 protocol software quality assurance.

Education:
B. E/ B. S/ B. Tech/ M.S/ME/MTech in EC/EE/CS or any other equivalent degree.

Job Description:
As a Junior Test Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the quality assurance of 5G NR protocol features and different node of 5G. You will perform the validation of high technology solutions within the radio access network of the 5G mobile communication system. Contribution in end-to-end testing Cycle for the specified entities Test Strategy/Design, Test case preparation, Test Execution, Test automation.




- A solid individual contributor with extensive Integration and Verification /Feature and Performance testing experience in Wireless Domain 5G / 4G.

Skills Required:
- Candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of LTE/5G NR 3GPP Specification - specifically protocols like 5G RRM/L1/L2/XNAP/X2AP/NGAP.
- Candidate should be well verse with 5G call flows/use cases and in depth understanding of Layer1 - Layer2 interfaces and Layer2 - Layer3 interfaces
- Must have experience in debugging complex gNodeB issues, log file analysis etc.
- Candidate must have knowledge of networking protocols like TCP/IP, UDP, SCTP etc.
- Programming skills: C++ (target), Java and Python (testers), VsCode, Git, Gerrit
- Build systems: Bazel
- Cloud Basics: Understanding key cloud concepts, including containers, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures, is crucial.
