The Role
The Video Support Executive will be responsible for providing high-quality support for video-related inquiries and issues. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless video production and delivery.
- Respond to video support requests from clients and internal teams.
- Assist in troubleshooting video playback and streaming issues.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of video content.
- Maintain documentation of video support processes and solutions.
- Provide training and guidance on video tools and platforms.

Team Structure: You will work closely with the video production team, IT support, and customer service representatives.

Ideal Profile

Education: A degree in Media Production, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
