Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Workshop Manager to lead our automobile service workshop. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in managing workshop operations, customer satisfaction, service quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead and supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, and Support Staff.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer vehicles with high service quality.
- Achieve workshop KPIs, revenue, labour, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Handle warranty claims, spare parts coordination, and technical escalations.
- Monitor vehicle turnaround time (TAT) and reduce repeat repairs.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and audit requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly workshop performance reports.
- Train, motivate, and develop the workshop team.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in an automobile dealership workshop, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in handling dealership operations and workshop KPIs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, DMS/ERP systems, and workshop management processes.

Preferred Industry

Candidates from TVS, Hero MotoCorp, Honda, Bajaj Auto, Suzuki, Yamaha, Royal Enfield, or other automobile dealerships will be preferred.

Salary

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
