Role & responsibilities
- Configure and customize Zoho Inventory to meet business requirements.
- Develop Deluge scripts, custom functions, workflows, and automation.
- Build integrations between Zoho Inventory and external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
- Configure and maintain modules including:
- Items
- Warehouses
- Composite Items
- Bundles
- Batches
- Sales Orders
- Purchase Orders
- Invoices
- Packages
- Shipments
- Inventory Adjustments
- Automate procurement, stock management, fulfillment, and order processing workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Inventory-related technical issues.
- Create reports, dashboards, and inventory analytics.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation for customizations and integrations.
- Provide user training and ongoing technical support.

Preferred candidate profile
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho Inventory implementation, customization, and support.
- Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting, workflow automation,



and custom functions.
- Experience integrating Zoho Inventory with other Zoho Products and third-party applications using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Valuable understanding of inventory management processes, including procurement, warehouse management, stock transfers, batch tracking, sales, and purchase workflows.
- Familiarity with Zoho Flow, and other Zoho applications is an added advantage.
- Experience using tools such as Postman for API testing and debugging.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
