About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) with 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site construction activities while ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure execution in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) standards throughout all phases of construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, and adherence to safety regulations.




- Verify quantities, measurements, and contractor bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
- Monitor material consumption and coordinate with the procurement and stores teams to ensure uninterrupted site activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, site records, and technical documentation.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and company policies.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment.
