Role & responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems at project sites.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections of civil works, including RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and structural elements.
- Review and approve Inspection Requests (IRs), Method Statements, and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).
- Monitor testing of construction materials and coordinate with NABL-approved laboratories.
- Maintain quality documentation, checklists, test reports, inspection records, and audit reports.
- Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality procedures.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance construction quality and reduce rework.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures in civil construction.
- Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with IS Codes, NBC, and construction quality standards.
- Knowledge of concrete technology, finishing quality, waterproofing, and material testing.
- Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to quality management software is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 7 -12 years of relevant experience in Quality (QA/QC) within the construction industry.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
