Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
- Configure and maintain Time Management processes, including work schedules, absences, attendances, and quotas.
- Support payroll processing, payroll configuration, and HR master data maintenance.
- Assist with payroll cycles, testing, issue resolution, and statutory reporting activities.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to implement and support SAP HCM solutions.

Preferred candidate profile
- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM, including Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
- Valuable understanding of Time Management and payroll processes.
- Familiarity with payroll configuration, wage types, or payroll processing.
- Experience supporting SAP HCM implementations, production support, testing, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of India payroll processes and statutory compliance.
