Role & responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment.
- Operate, inspect, and maintain Chillers, including compressors, cooling towers, and chilled water systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Diesel Generator (DG) Sets, including engine, alternator, AMF panels, synchronization panels, and fuel systems.
- Operate and maintain Water Treatment Plants (WTP), RO Plants, Softener Plants, and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP/ETP).
- Maintain Air Compressors, compressed air pipelines, dryers, and receivers.
- Monitor and maintain Cooling Towers, pumps, valves, piping, and heat exchangers.
- Ensure smooth operation of HVAC systems, ventilation systems, and AHUs.




- Monitor utility consumption and identify opportunities for energy conservation.
- Record daily utility parameters, maintenance activities, and equipment history.
- Diagnose equipment failures using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime during maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company SOPs.
- Maintain adequate inventory of utility spare parts and consumables.
- Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of current utility equipment.
