Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of auto loans and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify recent business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling of vehicle finance products to existing customers.
- Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and make lending decisions in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues related to their auto loans.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in auto finance, car finance, or four-wheeler financing industry.
- Strong understanding of auto loans, car loans, and vehicle finance concepts.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
