Job Title: Procurement Finance Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Finance Specialist to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging procurement and finance functions — ensuring accurate cost control, vendor payments, budgeting, and compliance with company financial policies. This role involves working closely with the procurement, accounts payable, and operations teams to manage financial transactions related to purchasing and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and monitor all financial aspects of the procurement process, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.

· Review and verify vendor invoices, contracts, and payment terms to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Coordinate with the procurement team to align budget forecasts and actual expenditures.

· Support cost analysis, price comparisons, and budget preparation for procurement activities.





· Maintain accurate records of vendor payments, advances, and reconciliations.

· Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to procurement expenses.

· Collaborate with finance and audit teams for internal/external audits.

· Ensure adherence to company financial policies, tax regulations, and approval workflows.

· Generate regular reports on procurement spending, savings, and cost optimization.

· Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and transparency in procurement finance operations.

Key Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management.

· 2–5 years of experience in procurement finance, accounts payable, or related roles.

· Robust understanding of procurement and financial processes, including P2P (Procure-to-Pay) cycle.

· Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, or Oracle) preferred.
