E-commerce Performance Marketing & Marketplace Listings Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Performance Marketing & Marketplace Listings Manager to own the growth and day-to-day operations of our online marketplaces. This role combines performance marketing, catalog management, marketplace operations, and data analysis to maximize sales, profitability, and customer experience across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Shopify.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and hands-on with marketplace tools and advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta and Amazon Ads.
- Work with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads teams/agencies to improve traffic and conversions.
- Monitor ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Allocate advertising budgets based on category and SKU performance.




- Launch seasonal and promotional campaigns.

2. Marketplace Listings & Catalog Management
- Create and maintain high-quality product listings.
- Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ Content.
- Coordinate product photography, videos, infographics, and lifestyle images.
- Ensure catalog accuracy across all marketplaces.
- Manage new product launches and listing approvals.

3. Marketplace Operations
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplace seller accounts.
- Monitor inventory health and coordinate replenishment.
- Track Buy Box performance and account health.
- Resolve listing suppressions and catalog issues.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers.

4. Sales & Growth
- Identify high-potential SKUs for scaling.
- Analyze category trends and competitor pricing.
- Recommend pricing strategies, promotions, and bundles.
