We're hiring a Marketing Lead to own and shape marketing from the ground up across a house of brands and products. This is the kind of role where you'll do the most creative, varied, and ambitious work of your career, if you're hungry for it.

You'll work directly with the founders, with full creative freedom and AI-first tooling. You'll get to architect strategy, run campaigns, build content, brief agencies, and shape how multiple businesses show up in the world. You'll wear many hats, sometimes strategist, sometimes copywriter, sometimes producer, sometimes the person quietly testing what works.

If you're a storyteller who can find the "aha" moment in any product, who treats AI as a close ally in your workflow, and who wants to build something memorable rather than maintain something existing.

What you'll own

Brand & positioning
- Define how each brand shows up — voice, narrative, visual identity, messaging
- Find the sharp, resonant story behind complex B2B products and make it land
- Shape market perception over time, not just at launch moments

Content & storytelling
- Build content engines across LinkedIn, blogs, video, podcasts, and whatever new channels make sense
- Write, brief, edit, and produce — sometimes with your hands, sometimes through others

Demand generation
- Architect GTM strategies and campaigns to drive measurable pipeline
- Run multi-channel campaigns — email, paid, SEO, partnerships, events
- Test, measure, iterate; build playbooks from what works

Product marketing
- Develop positioning, sales collateral, competitive analyses, and whitepapers
- Translate product capabilities into
