We are looking for an experienced
Senior QA Automation Engineer
to join a cooperative Agile team responsible for delivering high-quality enterprise software through robust test automation and quality engineering practices.

In this role, you will design, develop, and execute automated and manual testing strategies, working closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Test Managers to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performing software releases.

What You'll Do

Test Automation
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and Selenium BDD.
- Create automated test scripts for web applications and REST APIs.
- Execute automated regression, integration, functional, and deployment testing.
- Improve automation coverage and testing efficiency.

Quality Engineering




- Design comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Define test data, expected results, and quality metrics.
- Execute manual and automated testing activities across multiple testing phases.
- Apply risk-based testing methodologies throughout the software lifecycle.

Collaboration
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams alongside developers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and QA specialists.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software quality throughout the SDLC.

Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and delivery quality.
- Support quality standards and enterprise testing frameworks.
- Proactively identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Promote automation best practices across the team.
